The Substation Foreman will be responsible for the safety and work quality of his crew. The Substation Foreman will participate in job estimation, and will be expected to attend pre-bid meetings and to conduct client pre-construction meetings. The Substation Foreman requires 8-9 years of continuous experience with 5 of these years worked as Top Substation Technician A craft position, and will be responsible for identifying, properly tracking and reporting of completed job units to the Project Manager or General Foreman. The Substation Foreman will direct the work and provide technical assistance to subordinates assigned to assist him/her and craft employees working under lump sum and fixed unit price contracts.
